I. Policies & Procedures
- At the end of every calendar year, the Board of Directors will draw names to establish the order of monthly selection. This order shall remain fixed for the duration of that calendar year.
- The member whose month it is shall provide four restaurant selections to the Board of Directors no later than the 5th of the month preceding the scheduled dinner.
- Upon receipt of the four selections, the remaining Board members shall rank all four restaurants no later than the 7th of the month.
- The restaurant with the highest overall ranking shall be selected as the destination for the following month's dinner.
- Within one week of restaurant selection, the Board shall vote on a dinner date. The designated Board member shall secure the reservation.
II. Addendum
Super Vote
Every Board member holds one annual super vote. A super vote bypasses the standard four-restaurant selection process, allowing the member to designate a single restaurant of their choosing.
Super Vote Veto
A super vote may be vetoed only if the remaining three Board members vote unanimously against it.
Guest Policy
Any Board member may invite a male guest to a dinner, pending unanimous approval from all other Board members prior to the event.
Amendments
Any additional amendments to these bylaws require a 100% affirmative vote from the full Board of Directors.
